This was a traumatizing experience, I would not recommend taking your furry family member to this groomer. Their Facebook page makes the place look like a dream, calling and scheduling was simple and they were courteous. The day of the appt, I arrived 10 min early with my 1.5 year old Mastiff and boxer. When I got to the door someone came and told me to wait a minute, so I waited outside with my two large dogs. Then it began, when I was told I could come in, my mastiff decided he was not going (always trust your animals' instinct!). He laid down, pulled back and refused! Out came a groomer who was abrupt and rude, yanking on him then rudely giving an ultimatum of staying or not (this all transpired in minutes, I left prior to my actual appointment time!)....if you want caring, compassionate, groomers that know what they are doing at an affordable cost visit Dunkel Vetinary Clinic! They had no problem with this same dog because they were caring and patient, he happily goes to the groomer now!
