Like the previous reviewer, I also bought a Groupon to use with this business. They are almost impossible to contact, as the answering machine is almost always full and not accepting messages-- it took me a dozen calls over a week to finally leave a message to schedule an appointment. I had difficulty confirming the appointment, because the mailbox was again full. However, when I sent a message through their website, they did call yesterday to confirm the appointment I had. Today, they did not keep the appointment, and we were unable to reach them because (of course) the mailbox is full. This is a huge disappointment and inconvenience after prepping the house for cleaning, securing valuables, arranging for our dog to be elsewhere to stay out of their way, and arranging for a nearby family member to let them in. I will also be working with Groupon to get a refund.
