I have been a customer of the barkery for years. I have attended may of their events and enjoyed a close relationship with the staff. That is until a member of the staff verbally assaulted my wife and all veterans who seek federal employment. I understand that everyone has their own opinion and they are entitled to them. As a staff member it is not your place to throw them in the face of the customer and use profanity. Further more the owner made it very clear that baking was more important than handling or even listening to a customers complaint. I can no longer recommend The Happy Dog Barkery due to the lack of professional behavior of the employee's and the refusal of ownership to offer any solution.\r
