Editorial
  • In Short
Among Boston's handful of all-vegetarian restaurants, Happy Buddha impresses with its attractive interior (lots of wood, bamboo lanterns, colorful knick-knacks). Most dishes come with a choice of one of four fake items: chicken, beef, pork, and seafood. Most textures and flavors are similar to the real thing, though many carnivores have a tough time accepting their sweet-and-sour "pork" and curry "beef." The less adventurous stick to tofu, fried rice and noodle dishes.
