I want to commend and compliment the crew from Hanson's that installed my new roof. The crew, led by Jamie and Benny Gomez, were superlative. Their work and work ethic is nothing short of professional; their positive and can-do attitudes were outstanding. They deserve a huge round of applause!\r \r \r \r My salesman, Patrick Garvey, has worked diligently to be sure I got the best value and quality. I appreciated that he visited while the crew was working to be sure things were going well and the work was done to my satisfaction. \r \r \r \r The follow up and communication with everyone I've come in contact with at Hanson's has been excellent. \r \r \r \r I also have windows being installed within the next couple of weeks and I expect that the work and follow up will be as exceptional as it has been for the roof. We recently purchased new windows for our home and I wanted to share with you how awesome Chris, our installer, was when we had our brand new Hansons Windows installed. I purchased all new windows with a door wall today, a total of 15. He went the extra mile and was very professional. It is nice to see how others care about my home and he treated it like it was his own. This makes me feel wonderful. Also Sue, the project manager, was great. I took a chance and hit your button on facebook for the $50,000 home makeover. I didn't get any other estimates from other companies. I don't think I will regret it. It’s normal for people to loudly express dissatisfaction whenever things do not turn out the way we expected; it is also easy to let delight and joy go unexpressed. We had a new Hansons doorwall installed this week and we were very pleased with the entire process. Our project manager, did an excellent job of keeping us informed and updated throughout the scheduling process. Our installer, was fast and courteous. When we had a small problem with the toe lock, the Project Manager arranged for service the very next day and he came out to make the proper adustment.
