Having had bad dental experiences throughout the years, I never held dentists in the highest regards. That is until I started going to Dr. Hansen. His kindness and care for the past few years has been amazing, and one of the best examples of this is his willingness to come into his office during holiday weekends to repair shoody dentistry others had done. This happened twice to two very old crowns that I have, and I know that if I ever need to have work done at anytime I can call his office. One of the other recommndations I can also give is how I trust him with my daughter's health. She has multiple health issues which at various times in her life made having a simple thing like teeth cleanings a big ordeal. I have no qualms bringing her to Dr. Hansen. I had not been to see a dentist in over 10 years because every time I went, it would be a horrible experience. Dr Hansen was recommended to me by a family member when I had a really bad toothache. I called to make the appointment, and they got me in that afternoon. Dr Hansen was wonderful. He fixed my toothache, and it was painless! He then came up with a plan to fix all the years of neglect I had inflicted upon my teeth. He never once tried to make me feel guilty for not seeing a dentist sooner. Each time I returned for my follow up care, he made sure I was comfortable and pain free. They even called me the next day to make sure I was doing okay. He fixed all my cavities, and matched the color of my teeth with the white filling so well that you can't even tell there were cavities in my front teeth. His staff is just as nice as he is, and every time I go back, they all greet me like a friend. I highly recommend Dr Hansen to anybody looking for a dentist, whether its been months, or years, since the last time you've gone. Pros: Short waiting time more

Dr. Hansen and his staff are great. They are very friendly, thorough with cleanings, ex-rays, etc. Kim takes excellent care in setting-up our appointments, dealing with insurance, and reminding us of cleanings. They are great with little kids. Highly recommend them. Pros: Excellent staff more

My son and I have been patients of Dr. Hansen since he bought the practice several years ago. He is a phenomenal dentist; extremely conscientious, very knowledgeable and the pinnacle of professionalism. I am particularly sensitive about keeping my teeth looking healthy and he and his staff have provided me with exceptional care. They have done the same for my son. Kim is an absolute joy each and every time I arrive, always taking the time to ask about the family. Dr. Hansen does the same. They are not just ""my dentist's office;"" rather, I count them as friends. I highly recommend them! So who really likes to get their teeth cleaned anyway? I?ve been seeing Dr. Hansen for a couple years now and I keep going back because of the warm, friendly atmosphere of the office and staff. From the first time I walked in, Kim greets me warmly and knows me by name, Crystal does my cleaning and asks how my family is doing and Dr. Hansen is always glad to see me. These are people who are courteous, professional and do a great job with a smile on their face. After my first visit I recommended Dr. Hansen and his staff to everyone I know; now my wife, brother, mother-in-law and coworker have all visited and had work done (with great results). He?s also located in the same medical complex as my doctor (corner of Union and Circle) so it?s convenient to knock out two appointments in one day. more

I have been going to Dr. Hansen?s for over three years now. He was recommended by a close trusted friend of mine. Dr. Hansen is skilled, patient, a perfectionist, personable, honest and fair. The staff is amazing and friendly! Kim is the face that I see when I come into the office and I truly enjoy chatting with her as well as Danielle. They make me feel welcomed. All the staff know every patient well and they are all true professionals. It?s a good feeling to know and trust your dentist and the staff. more

Dr. Hansen and Staff are Great. They are very friendly. Whenever we need to get in to see Dr. Hansen, Kim always finds an open appointment for us! I have never experienced any pain at this office. Dr. Hansen insures that you aren't in pain. He alsways makes sure that the problem has been taken care of. I would recommend Dr. Hansen and his staff! I was a patient of Dr. Haram and when he retired Dr. Hansen took over the practice. The front Office Manager, Kim, remained with Dr. Hansen, which was a huge plus, because she is excellent in handling the billing / insurance process. They have had turn overs with there Dental Technicians, and I have not enjoyed the cleanings like I had in the past with the staff under Dr. Haram. However, Dr. Hansen listens to his patients and respects our comments and concerns. He now has an awesome staff and I couldn't be happier.
