I'd like to qualify my previous review which gave this business one star. When they finally showed up to do the job, they did and excellent job on the roof. The roofers were conscientious, hard-working, polite and helpful. I was very impressed. If I was judging based on the roof alone, I would give them five stars. But the delay in getting the project done earns them one star, so I figure it averages out to three stars. more

They take your deposit and then you wait long past the estimate. They give you new estimates of when the job will be completed and blow past that. Terrible communication and very dishonest. Can't comment on the roof, I'm still waiting months later. Don't know if it will ever happen. more

Hanley Construction did a great job replacing our old roof. Everything was done exactly as stated in the estimate. The new skylights they put in are awsome as well. more

Hanley Roofing did a SUPER JOB on our mobile home. The workers were extremely great-cleaning up everything-no damage to anything--excellent quality work on repairs,roofing,etc. They are very friendly & treat you like a friend. I solicited bids from five roofers and Hanley gave me a very competitive price. They did the job as scheduled and did a very nice job of cleaning up afterwords. I had a minor issue with some shingles uplifting on the edge of a gable in a high wind and they promptly corrected the issue. They have been around for quite a while, which is a testimony to their quality and commitment. more

I had limited budget for a large roof replacement and very high expectations. In spending over a year learning about products and roofing contractors I found there was a lot to learn. Finally, I choose Hanley Construction because of their reputation among the architects, contractors and other homeowners I spoke with, as well as a developed trust in Morgan Hanley. Pat’s crew was impressive in their ability to work fast, efficiently and with much skill and courtesy. Rob solved a problem unique to the house. Jeremy was expert in coping with the final details. I was concerned with not only a very good final result, but how fast and trouble-free it was achieved; and, I was not disappointed. Hanley more than satisfied the terms of our contract. As a single mom, Hanley Construction came in and replaced my roof after an extensive storm caused the ceiling in my office to cave in. The damage was overwhelming to say the least. Hanley came highly recommended by several prominent businesses in the county. If only all businesses performed as well. The office personnel were sympathetic, helpful, courteous and professional at all times. The crew was proficient, quick and cleaned up each night. I will recommend Hanley to anyone who asks. I have now found out that they replace windows and decks. I will be having my windows replaced this coming summer and hope to have both decks replaced in the future. more

It was an awful experience for us. The rain in the living room and the garage's ceiling felt on top of the car. Very poor management and minimal attempt to repair the damage. more

Kitsap County's premiere roofing contractor. You'll pay a little more but it is oh, so worth it. You'll also have to schedule ahead as these fine folks are in demand. They have been in business for a long time and it shows. Their stable work force swarms the job site, tearing off a large cedar shake roof and replacing the oriented strand board in one day. They clean up every day so that when they leave in the early evening, you won't find stray nails or trash on your lawn. Because they bring a large crew, they'll finish the job quickly. They were also very helpful in "patching" a spot for us so that no leaks happened in the time we were waiting for our new roof. Highly, highly recommended. more
