Air Conditioning Contractor Akron OH 7/30/2013

HIGHLY RECOMENDED. PROFESSIONAL AND HONEST. WONT USE ANY OTHER AC/HEAT SERVICE!!! Heat did not work. They came within an hour. Said it was a plumbing job. Pinpointed problem in less than 5 minutes and said it would be around $200. The other ac people said I would have had to replace unit for $4500 after spending 2 hours and doing nothing. more

Furnace was checked and cleaned 10/31/2012

Brian was on-time. He fixed and marked duct work for better air-flow through the house. He did a good job cleaning and I would recommend them to others. Also plan to get air-conditioner checkup in the Spring. more

I``m very happy with my new Trane XL15i system. I don`t hear my new system running when it is on. The first time I used my Trane system it cooled the house down in minutes. The old system took alot longer to cool the house. more

Hanks Refrigeration has done all kinds of HVAC work for our company. They have been doing commercial work for us for about 10 years now, and that's a lot to say about an HVAC company these days. They are just a great company to work with. I don't have to supervise their work or watch what they're doing. They're very honest, reliable, dependable. Their focus is keeping the customer happy and I am extremely happy with their service to us. more

Prompt service with great work ethic. 5/23/2012

I am a licensed realtor and I use Hanks Refrigeration professionally at the rental properties and personally in my own home. They do everything from servicing and cleaning to repairs. I like them because they have great work ethic, they don't try to up-sell me on anything I don't need, and their service is prompt. more
