Dr.Yvonne Hanks was a blessing for us and our little girl Callie. \r
The 'vet' we used before had totally misdiagnosed our girl, and when she had been throwing up the sunday before I felt we needed to find someone who could get it right. the news about our Callie wasn't good. She was in an advanced stage of heart failure, and evidentally had an undiagnosed heart defect. Something Dr. Hanks felt she had been born with. Dr. Hanks and her staff did everything they could possibly do for our Callie, including providing 'tissues' for her heartbroken ""MOM' We visited every day for 3 days, each time Dr. Hanks explaining what she was doing for Callie and how Callie was doing in depth. She had become little Callies' friend, as well as mine, and I could tell Callie was trying so hard for Dr. Hanks, giving Dr. Hanks a kiss on her hand, even though she was terribly weak. We lost our beautiful little Callie girl, only six years old. Dr. Hanks cryed with us, hugged us and her staff was sooo understanding. Not once did I hear about 'cost', only inquires as to how we were doing, and what she would do for Callie, up and including checking on Callie throughout the night. This woman and her staff are evidence of ""Angels"" on earth. Never have I ever felt such love from a vet for my animals. Need less to say we are now taking our new 'baby' to her for all of her 'puppy' needs. She just loves Dr. Hanks. Thankyou Dr. Hanks for everything you've done for us. We are eternally grateful for all the concern and love you've shown us as well as your dedication, and determination helping our Callie fight for as long as she could, and showing your love to our family when she could fight no longer. You are forever in our hearts. God bless you and your staff. The world needs more dedicated vets like you. With much love, The Rohrs Family
