As a company, Handy Pro was prompt to satisfy us in a timely manner, however the technician had trouble scheduling a time to come out. We needed him to install an antennae at our place of business. Once they did come out, they were able to fulfill their obligation.
It did seem odd that when the technician gave us a price, and then we questioned the amount, he came down one third of the price immediately. We did go with him, and they did complete the job, but I was more impressed with the company as a whole than with that particular technician that came out.
On another score, I personally had someone else from Handy Pro come to my house to do some work and I was very impressed with the over and above professionalism and advice he gave to steer me towards the correct way to repair things. I hadn't known which way to go. I was also impressed with the repair work he did and how he followed through.
I am looking forward to making a list of vendors and having that particular serviceman come to do work on my home in the future. I am also very pleased with the follow through that the company did in order to make sure I was happy and satisfied.
