Excellent selection of fabrics 4/8/2006

My mother-in-law and I went to Hancock a few weeks ago to buy fabric to make my daughter clothes for the summer. It was my first visit to Hancock and I was surprised at how much fabric they had. We were able to find 10 different styles to purchase. Some of the fabric as as cheap as 2.24 a yard and some was as much as 6.99. Now this does not hold true for all fabric but for the styles that are suitable for children. I was very pleased by my shopping experience. more

If you're a sewer, quilter, decorator, or even a casual quilter, this is the place for you. They have a large selection of fabrics, notions, sewing machines/sergers, and more. They always have a great section of clearance fabrics, and have sales regularly (usually on weekends) for patterns and notions. The prices range from cheap to expensive, depending on what you're looking for. The staff is always helpful. more
