Usually japanese food is exceptionally good despite the high prices. So this place, harashima restaurant is no exception. The sushi rolls are so good it makes you want to go back and get take out every day. After i went there once, i came back lunch after lunch for a month straight. I tried everything on their menu and most of their waiters knew me. Remember sushi is good here! more

They have some pretty good food here. Not the best but not the worst. Their prices are okay but if you just want a snack to eat, this place may be too much for you. But you should drop by for dinner or a hungry lunch break. Their service could be better though. I didn't think it was that great and their water tasted weird. Overall, I would say this place is just okay. more

hanashima japanese restaurant 8/27/2005

for a very local place, it's pretty good... but not along the likes of hide and sushi gen in wla and la respectively... but the food is very affordable, and delicious and maggy our regular waitress is excellent. they have been around for years and we have been coming since they opened at the very beginning... a lot of locals come here and it's not uncommon to see at least 1 party we know in other tables... more
