I could not say enough good things about Dr. Han and her staff! I had to find a new dr because of insurance purposes and I was skeptical on seeing Dr. Han because of these yelp reviews but I decided to give her a shot and I'm so glad I did! The first time I only waited 20 mins to see her. The second time she ended up getting called into emergency surgery and we waited for over an hour but I wasn't upset because if it was me needing a c section on the spot I'd want her to be there for me! Then when we found out my baby stopped growing she was very sweet answering my questions and took her time with me. The last time I went she got called out again and I got there before they could call me so I saw Dr. Medrano and for a girl who doesnt prefer a male obgyn he was very good as well! I had to have a d&c because my miscarriage wasn't happening naturally and once again she was amazing! She made me feel so comfortable in such a hard time for me. The location is great in Burbank by the hospital and walking distance from the labs where you have to get blood drawn and there is a nice big parking structure with a max of $8 which is great compared to $14 I was paying in Beverly Hills! The staff was super helpful with everything I needed and they were all very friendly! I am very happy with Dr. Han and if you are looking for a new obgyn try her out! more

I have been going to her for quite some time, don't ask my why, I guess I've been too lazy to find a doctor who had a decent bedside manner. Enough is enough. EVERY time has been a lousy experience with her running in for three minutes running out, acting like she could care less about me or my health. In fact, this time she didn't even give a yearly standard breast exam because she said they're not required to do it now unless you ask. The staff is rude too. I've had enough, I won't go to her again. Her bedside manner is TERRIBLE. more

I loved Dr Samamtha Han, she is an amazing woman. He office is small and the wait can be very long. I was 18 when I first went to her when I was pregnant and I loved every minute I spent with Dr Han. Her staff is rude and lazy but other than that she is a great Dr. I do plan on going back to her if she is still excepting paitents. I have only had one visit with Dr. Han. The wait was very long and there is very little waiting room space for all the patients. So it is not uncommon to see pregnant women sitting in the hallway waiting to be called. Cons: inattentive doctor, rude staff, extremely filthy waiting area more

I used Dr Han for some surgery I had last year. I would recommend her based on my care. Her office is often overfull and my first appoinment I had with her was canceled but it was due to an emergency surgery. It is sort of like knowing a restaurant is good based on the ammount of locals and the line out the door. If you want good care sometimes there are other trade offs. I would go back to her if I had any other serious needs. But I use my normal GP for normal anual exams. more

This office is rediculous! Dr. Korostoff is a nice doctor and makes me feel comfortable, but the staff is a joke. The girls there never know what they are doing. They are rude to everyone that walks in the office. That is not exactly the attitude you want when you are pregnant. The girls are so disorganized and have no people skills. I am really surprised that the the doctors in the office allow this, because it only makes them look bad. The wait time is also crazy. Most of the time you are waiting for an hour to see the doctor. Even when you call into the office, they are so unprofessional. I have never experienced a front office staff that was this bad. Every time I am in the office there is always another patient that is also so unhappy with the staff. Also, there are times when I call in and the line is just busy for a good hour. It is almost as if they just disconnect the phone because they do not want to talk to anyone. I would not recommend this office at all. Maybe if Dr. Korostoff went to another office I would return to her, but never if she continues at this one. Pros: Dr. Korostoff is very nice Cons: Horrible front office staff! more

I like many others did not have good experience at this office. the wait is atleast a 1 1/2 waiting room is so small it spills into the hallway. The staff are cold like the Dr. herself. After my 4 minute visit at 8 weeks pregnant. I decided I would prefer to drive that hour to a quality Dr. that actually has time to see me and is interested in my well being. Unfortunatley, this was not my experience here. They never called me back with my test results or sent me antything for that matter. Pros: NONE!!! Cons: Should take a class on how to connect with your patients. more

Had the worse doctor experience at Samantha Han's office. I recently had a m/c:( I sat in her office in pain for over an hour before she could see me. A few days later they ran a bunch of tests- That was almost a month ago. I called over 7 times to get my results (that were just sitting on her desk) and they kept blowing me off. I had to yell at the receptionist to get my results and had no apology for waiting almost a month to get them which should have taken a week. The experience of losing the pregnacy was bad enough but then this experience did not help. Pros: nothing Cons: everything more
