I was referred to Hamptons by Kohler regarding an issue I had with a mower which I had purchased out of state. It's a 60 mile round trip for me to Marshfield so I called Hamptons and talked to a tech who said ""sure, bring it up"". After taking a day off work and hauling the mower to them I was met in the parking lot by a very arrogant and disrespectful individual who basically told me to leave because this wasn't their brand of equipment. I don't have a problem with them not servicing certain brands, I DO have a problem with them telling me to bring it up then after considerable trouble and expense to do so being treated in such a manner. He made no apology for the tech telling me they would work on it or for my inconvenience which was a direct result of that. I had every intention of purchasing a new Stihl weed eater while I was there and who knows what I might have purchased in the future. I know several good people around Marshfield and I WILL be telling all of them about this experience.
