Good: The staff. Bad: The General Manager, Nadine Steddom. She was the rudest person I think I have ever met. She brought my wife to tears on the day we buried her mother after I paid her over $1,500 for rooms at the Hampton Inn.. Improvements: My wife was brought to tears on the day we buried her mother by Miss Steddom. There was a problem with a credit card we had used to pay for a block of rooms. Although we had already spent over $1,500 I was forced by this rude, condescending service moron to come to the hotel to pay for two rooms. I wasn't allowed to pay with another credit card over the phone. This isn't a joke and I'm not exagerating. Instead of letting me give her another card over the phone I had to come down after the services to pay.. Other: Upon arriving at the hotel I was told that the first card was actually good and I only had to take care of two additional room charges. Funny how Miss Steddom didn't stick around to tell me in person. Of course now Hilton has sent my complaint to four different people and I have had to re-send all the information I have gathered three times. I have never seen such a poorly run hotel or organization..
