I just want to thank Joe and Ken for helping me sell out my estate, I fell on hard times a few months back, I was forced to sale off all my antiques, the rate they charged was 35%, and I must say for the work they did it was more than fair! They hauled, cleaned and repair (some) of my antiques, I went to the auction and I must say my items never looked better!. The work these guys put into getting me a fair price far went ""Way Above my hopes"" I got paid for every single thing! Joe understanding my hardship lowered my % to 25 on his onw. Hamilton's thank from the bottom of my heart. The best auction out there A+A+A+A+A+A+ more

Don't always believe what you read! I had the pleasure to do business with this auction house. I have consigned and purchased from several auction houses over my 20+ years of being in the antique business and I must say this auctioneer knows his stuff! From the first meeting where the auctioneer explained his services, to the pick up and the selling and receiving my check. I felt this company handled my estate with great care and I know all to well how an auction goes, sometime high and sometime low. If you have antiques this is the company to do business with! I think others don't understand the workings of an auction house. These guys work hard for every dollar!!!! more

Not everything gets from the estate to the auction 3/20/2009

The auction was advertised as museum quality items and it was; however, the auctioneer grouped items in such a way as to devalue them so prices fetched were far below actual value. Many items from the estate did not make it to auction. The auctioneer was quick with responses to questions with ready answers: the condition was poor, the economy was bad, etc. Auctioneer didn't fulfill promises. Auctioneer would not allow reserves to be set on more valuable items. Pros: Great place for antique dealers to get real bargains Cons: Auctioneer seems to be working for antique dealers more
