how sad it is to see grown men( business men at that) treating sick,and injured cattle in such a manner.isnt there compassion left in anyone.i understand that business is business but good god is this the way to conduct it?? you reep what you sow.what goes around comes around.you may be down one day in a nursing home and have someone beating and kicking you making you get up.hope that when that day comes you sit and ask for forgivness..i hope then you realize this is your pay back..this is my first message to this site. more

SEND THEM PACKING!!! 2/19/2008

I find it unconcienable that these kind of abuses to animals and consumers continue to be played out over and over again in this country. I for one will be BOYCOTTING BEEF AND BEEF BYPRODUCTS and encourage anyone reading this to do the same. This will be the only way that consumers will be able to finally protect themselves because no one else in this country will do so. Money always talks when it comes to business. When the Cattleman's Asso. and those in the beef industry, including all the food chains that support the beef industry, begin to feel it in the pocket book, perhaps they will begin to change how they do things and/or change things to protect the animals and consumers. Anyway, we don't really need beef and all the toxins in beef; there are plenty of other good tasting sources of protein. more

Who is allowing this kind of business to operate? 2/19/2008

I watched that horrific inhumane treatment to those poor cows who are already ""downed"" and suffering for one reason or another. Then for them to be exposed to more cattle prodding, dragging, kicking in the head, and forklifted to force them to stand up so that they can make it to slaughter so that our children and poor can consume them. Who is allowing this kind of treatment to continue. The USDA said on thier website that this is a isolated incident, but I type in my search engine and find this practice seems to be common. Write to your congress and tell them to support H.R. 1762 the Farm Animal Stewardship Purchasing Act. If something is not done this will continue and more and more abuses will occur. Someone, everyone speak for the animals since thier voices are silent. Thier pain is real. Pros: They have been exposed Cons: They will probably be able to continue to operate more

Everyone at your facility should be put thru what you all have put these poor defensless animals through. Yes they may ONLY BE COWS.....but God gave them feelings too.....yes, they may be going to the slauter floor but that is no excuse for what you have done......I feel you are not even fit to be called humanbeings. What makes us human is that we compation....you lack that so therefore....you should be called ANIMALS too. You are HORRIBLE....Some day you wll meet the same fate. I cannot believe how cruel these people are. I wish I could only treat them the same way. The animals have a dour life as it is, but to be mean to them is uncalled for. I hope they get what is coming to them and the judge that gets this case throws the book at them as a warning to others that this will not be tolerated. How inconsiderate can you be? If you think you are so big, come and talk to me when I have a prod in my hands, but first let me kick you between the legs and put you in a pen, so you have the same disadvantage the cows do. Whoever is Guilty at Hallmark should spend 20 years in prison: a hostile prison in which the other inmates hate these guys. What a bunch of cowards. I wish I could personally prosecute them.
