Does not return calls. Service not completed correctly. 3/25/2014

My last visit was not good. I had a headlight out that I had called and told them about. My car is less than 2 years old. They replaced the bulb, I didn't get home before it was out again. I called, got a voice mail of the manager, left my number and never received a call back. Been waiting a month now. I had been so very pleased with them up until this last visit. So much was not taken care of. more

3 hours turned into 9. 3/13/2014

I dropped my car off at 9:30 in the morning, with a 10am appointment. I was told the service of a recall would take 3 hours. I also had an oil change done, so I figured it may take a little while longer. After trying to call them and check on the status of my car, 2 hours later someone called me and informed me they were almost done. I got my keys back at 6:30pm, after they had closed. The mechanics did not complete what they were supposed to on my car, but still charged me. more

Pros Go Over & Beyond Call of Duty 8/3/2013

Got excellent service after my radio died. Wilson Hyundai gave me a car loaner for a couple days while the work went on. On the same visit, Edgar the service manager even re-installed my blue tooth. I had been driving around without it after I changed cell phones. They also found a hard-to-get tire for me and gave a great price on it. I have a multi-year warranty on my Genisus.
