Does not return calls. Service not completed correctly. 3/25/2014

My last visit was not good. I had a headlight out that I had called and told them about. My car is less than 2 years old. They replaced the bulb, I didn't get home before it was out again. I called, got a voice mail of the manager, left my number and never received a call back. Been waiting a month now. I had been so very pleased with them up until this last visit. So much was not taken care of. more

3 hours turned into 9. 3/13/2014

I dropped my car off at 9:30 in the morning, with a 10am appointment. I was told the service of a recall would take 3 hours. I also had an oil change done, so I figured it may take a little while longer. After trying to call them and check on the status of my car, 2 hours later someone called me and informed me they were almost done. I got my keys back at 6:30pm, after they had closed. The mechanics did not complete what they were supposed to on my car, but still charged me. more

Wilson Hyundai continually exceeds my expectations for customer service and care. Tisha handled my first service experience and maintained Wilson's high standards. She is top notch at her job, from start to finish. I recommend them and the Hyundai brand every chance I get. more

The friendliness of the people 9/28/2013

My original salesman, Mike Thomas and the sales manager, went the extra mile to help me buy my car. Mike occasionally calls me to see if I'm still happy with my car and to see if I'm having any problems. I appreciate him not selling me a car and then forgetting about me. more

Oil Changed in comfort 8/13/2013

I recommend Wilson Hyundai for ease of mind during car maintence even in a simple oil change! I felt confident that all would be attended to and I could relax in their waiting area while work was performed in less time than expected! KUDOS Wilson Family!!! more

Pros Go Over & Beyond Call of Duty 8/3/2013

Got excellent service after my radio died. Wilson Hyundai gave me a car loaner for a couple days while the work went on. On the same visit, Edgar the service manager even re-installed my blue tooth. I had been driving around without it after I changed cell phones. They also found a hard-to-get tire for me and gave a great price on it. I have a multi-year warranty on my Genisus.
