If you're a fan of Phantom Gourmet, then you've heard of the Halfway Cafe. I think they have 5 locations...

Worst

Loud and noisy. the food is mediocre at best. a big step down from the first restaurant across town.

Not so affordable 8/17/2018

Ordered a glass of Sam Adams and a Cabernet $20.00 .. Their house wine was $12.00. My wife ordered steak tips and she said they were good. I ordered swordfish which was covered in some kind of sauce (didn't mention that on the menu) and was all over my fries and rings. Turned out to be a very expensive evening. more

Yum 5/19/2006

I like this place a lot. Good hearty basic bar and grille type food prepared fast and served friendly. Great place to watch the game, full bar and lots of big screen TVs. I also like to hang out there and do my laundry at the laundromat right next door, a lot better atmosphere in between loads! more
