This is the second new car I have bought at this location and well that should say a lot. The service department is excellent and the sales people are not pushy and very helpful. They go over and above at this location, they treat you like a person not a number or just a sale, there was not a question in my mind when it came time to purchase a new vehicle. Glenn and Heather is service and amazing, Jr is easy to talk to and Scott the salesman I bought my car from was a pleasure to deal with, very helpful and well just a great experiance. more

We purchased a new car from Haldeman Ford in 2010, so when we needed to purchase a used car we called our salesperson, Traci. She had done a great job the first time making sure we got the best deal on our 2010 Escape, we knew that she would find exactly what we wanted. It was a complicated deal because we moved and were out of state. She found us a few options and gave us the pros and cons of each deal. Traci gave us the car fax so we knew exactly what the previous owners had done to the car. We knew the car was in terrific shape and had only one previous owner. It still had some of the original warranty. We would recommend Haldeman Ford for purchasing a new or used car. The salespeople are polite and professional. The inventory is plentiful for both new and used. And if they don't have what you're looking for, they will find it for you! more

Great dealership to deal with. Bought my F150 from Haldeman Ford and they were very helpful and not pushy. Had a few issues after I got it with the service dept, but after the service manager left (fired?) and the new one took over, WOW what a great change. Overall, I will continue to use them for my truck's service and will buy from them in the future. more

Everyone at the dealership was more than helpful, they took extra time to get me into the new truck that I wanted, which was not easy to do. Graham Kirby took the extra time to show me everything about Ford trucks, options, special features, warranty, ect. The finance people were above and beyond patient and Scott Haldeman was very helpful. I will recommend this dealership highly to my friends and family. I brought our F-150 in for an oil change, Carlos was the Service Rep that helped me. He informed me that there was a recall on our truck and explained what needed to be done and how long the fix would take. I was very satisfied with the service. Carlos has excellent customer service skills. more

This was the second dealership I went to in search for a car--the gentleman was a lot more helpful and didn't once bring up the word leasing. He really seemed to want to work with me in getting a car and although I haven't made my final decision yet, this dealership is definitely in the top in really being willing to help and giving out affordable and quality choices. more

I am a huge fan of Ford cars and trucks and have owned many fords over my life. I am happy to say that I have purchased 3 vehicles at Haldeman Ford of Hightstown. Rob Morris and JR Battreal are very polite and will take time to answer all of your questions. The finance manager Graham Kirby walked me though all of my paperwork and made sure that I understood what I was signing. I highly recommend this dealership. more

The internet sales re Debbie was very professional. I asked for a quote and the next morning, without any hassle, I recvieved one. The price was more than fair and the rebates were explained without any deception. Out of 8 dealers contacted, 2 responded with a quote, 1 which took over week after contacting the internet manager.
