Hair Studio One

I have been going to Hair Studio One for about six years now and I would not go anywhere else. I always have Ilah cut and color my hair. She is AMAZING with coloring and highlighting hair. Whether you want one color in your hair or five different colors, she always does an incredible job. I have gotten stopped on the streets numerous number of times and asked where and who does my hair. The rest of the staff is very talented and always friendly. I would recommend Hair Studio One to anyone and do not see myself going anywhere else! more

Ok, so I've been here quite a few times and I think ever girl there has cut my hair. The people working there are fantastic!! Very nice, very social, and they take the time to listen to what I (the customer) wants. I've been to some other places around and the customer service I generally recieve, with all do respect, sucks. The other girls aren't very social, and they are just there to cut your hair and get the next customer in the chair, thats annoying. Now with that being said about Hair Studio One, the thing that needs to be changed is the studio itself, the floors look old and beat up, and I felt kind of like smooshed and too close to the other customers. The store needs to be opened up a little more. Well I suggest this place to anyone and everyone..Now hopefully the tanning beds are good I want to try them!! more

I have been going to Hair Studio One in Clifton Park for about six years. The service has always been noting but AWESOME, and the staff makes you feel totally at home. Marissa has been doing my hair for a while now and she does a fantastic job. I absolutely LOVE my color and highlights! Thank you for always being so accomodating with my work schedule and getting me in and out in great time! I have also tanned there and the prices are great and everything is clean. What more could a girl ask for? Have been to some salons along the way and the stylist never says two words the whole time you are in the chair! I LOVE Hair Studio One and Marissa and entire staff. I had been here for tanning before a vacation. It is near the YMCA, so it was convenient for me and the tanning was cheap (I don't tan very often, so I don't like to spend a lot on it). \r \r My younger sister was in town visiting and needed a cut, so we wandered in there. I had just moved here and didn't have my own favorite salon yet. My sister had very long, very thick, wavy hair. The stylist gave her a trim with some layers, but blow-dried her hair out. My sister's hair was a mess, totally frizzed out because of the drying and the stylist was done as far as she was concerned. After I gave her the look of death, she begrudgingly agreed to straighten it with a flat iron. God forbid the stylist actually did her job!
