New to the area and being so close to my new place I tried this place. NEVER again! I have never had such an experience as I did today. I had a perfect diagonal forward cut done at another salon that was too far away to go to anymore and too hard to get into anyway. So, I thought, how hard is it to just cut the 2 months of growth off the perfect cut? Apparently here it is impossible! Yes, everyone cuts a diagonal forward a little different. But WOW. I go in she says nothing to me, acted so pissed before I even sat down. Was apparently having a horrible day and honestly she looked like crap. After wetting my hair down and no communication and seeming ticked, I thought ""maybe I should run now, make up an excuse"". I now wish I had. She never asked me ANY cutting questions before starting. Just picked up a raiser and went nuts slicing away to create a shorter stack on the back of my hair. I mean she HACKED me. I must have lost at least 3 inches all over the back. I USED to have a longer diagnal forward cut. And before going it was the best it ever looked. I can't understand WHY just a trim turned into such a hack job. I had no control she just went at it and if I even hinted asking what she was going to do, she was crabby. How dare I question her. End result... she covered up her BATCH job she did on my.. oh yeah, one side was cut higher on an angle then the other. Right side of my head the diagonal was thick and angled subtle. Left side, sharp and an area of hair missing... not like the Right side. She ratted my entire hair out and stuck the short back out all crazy like. I walked out with hair I used to wear in the 80's with a Diagnol BOB cut!!! She got PISSED when I nicely said I don't wait it ratted. She said ""you're supposed to!! It's the style!!"". I nicely paid, went home washed it all out, SAW the hack job that both sides did not match in length or in diagonal and went to another hair salon in the area in tears and the young girl fixed it. NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER AGAIN! We took a lovely photo shoot before and after at the salon so I could send it to the manager. I'm sure it won't do any good. I've heard many hack jobs come out of there. Infact, a girl was getting a color fix from the day before while I was in there. Just stay away. They need to do everyone a favor and shut down.
