Great deal and Great haircut 9/27/2011

I stumbled on Hair Factor and Spa via Groupon. After looking up the reviews, I decided to give it a try. Sure enough, just like the other comments, Ken gave me a great haircut. Like the other comment, I am also an Asian lady with thick, coarse hair. Ken knows what he's doing! more

Ken has been cutting my hair almost 8 years now,he always know how to handle my nappy hair,he thins it out and does the best cut always,he's also great with color.I love it here and have never betrayed him! more

I tried this place because I bought the groupon coupon,I went there last week,the salon right @ downtown kirkland by the water ,pretty handy to me since I live in near downtown kirkland.Martha who the girl did my hair cut,she did a wonderful job on my hair,I looked 10 years younger,and I was so happy only paid half price since I bought the groupon. more

He is specialize at Asian hair 3/24/2011

I am a asian girl and I drive all the way from seattle once a month to get my hair done by ken,I will not let any other hair stylists touch my hair since they don't know how to cut style my asian hair (coarse,frizzy,thick,long,unruly).ken knows exactly how to layer my hair whether I want to wear it curly or straight,he does the best blow dry and straightening and my hair is so silky and shiny! more

Being in kirkland for only two months now ,I picked this salon because of the good reviews on this site and despite the bad .... and it was definitely the best choie ,Ken my hair cutter did a wonderful job I think I got the nicest cut I ever had! his fading--blending skil is excellent! more
