Disappointing 9/17/2011

Stylist's appearance was very unprofessional to the point I was nervous to have her work on my hair. Went in for a color and cut. Wanted a medium brown color with highlights. Received a dark brown color with "white/gray" highlights. Stylist had to wash hair twice with toner to tone the highlighs...ugh. Partial highlights are only on the top of my head to mimic a mohawk. The dark brown color looks gothic. Very disappointed in the services and wish I could get my $150 back. more

Charisse is the BEST!!! 7/23/2011

Charisse is AMAZING!! I went to Hair Design Team looking for something new. I didn't know exactly what I wanted so left it up to Charisse to consult me with her opinion. I am a professional who needed something new but still professional. Her expertise was very welcome!!! I left my hair in her hands and was so pleased with the outcome.
