Not a very good experience 11/21/2008

I went recently to this salon to have my hair trimmed. The stylist could have been having a bad day at work as we all do from time to time, I don't know. I'm not quite sure what her problem was but I was only in the chair for five or so minutes when she announced to me "OK, I'm done." No wash, no blow dry - nothing. Just a very basic trim and that was it. She didn't ask me if I was satisfied with my cut, she didn't offer a mirror so that I could see how my hair looked from the back or anything else. This was the quickest hair service I've ever had.\r The salon itself was nothing special, and could have used some updating to improve it's interior appearance. \r I have no plans of going back here since there are simply way too many other salons around town, salons who make their customers feel appreciated. I wold not recommend this salon to my friends, or anyone else for that matter. more

Wonderful! 3/12/2008

This really is a great Salon and Spa...wonderful experience. The Salon atmosphere is relaxing and the SPA, I love the Spa and everyone I met was friendly and professional. I'm telling all my friends that go to other area salons like I did, that they need to try Hair by Design and if they do they won't go back. Again this place is really wonderful! more

Best SalonSpa (Salon and Spa) with Exceptional Service 1/18/2008

I can't keep this a secret..."Hair by Design SalonSpa" is more than a SALON and SPA they part of my New Years get healthy resolution. I've been a Hair by Design SalonSpa customer for years and love going to the SalonSpa. I've never had a bad experience and I'm a very picky consumer.
