Worst

I had two installations of Marmoleum on cement slab from Haight carpet. The first install went very well. The second, not so well.

Terrific service, Terrific carpet 2/22/2011

Haight Carpet was great! We bought a condo downtown Seattle but needed to replace the bedroom carpeting before moving furniture in. Plus - I had to select the carpet and set everything up long distance. Our realton recommended Haight. They had me look at carpets here, sent samples, gave advice, and had my selection ready to install within a few days. Installers came on the only day I could be in town and did a beautiful job. We are now - gratefully - ready to move in. more

Responsive and reliable 2/15/2011

I wouldn't go anywhere but Haight Carpet for our flooring needs. They have been responsive, on-time, job done right, every time we need them for our small apartment building in Seattle. more

The most professional people for your flooring needs. 1/19/2011

I was looking to replace my old linoleum kitchen floor with laminate. I turned to Randy Ditmars at Haight Carpet and Interiors for help. He was fantastic in helping me choose the laminate that worked best for me. I am extremely pleased with my purchase. Randy was very professional as were the installers. I will definitely turn to Haight for all my future flooring needs. I strongly recommend them for any flooring needs you may have. more

I have made a number of flooring purchases from Ernie Nicholson at Haight over the years and never have I been disappointed in the value I have received. Whether it is carpet or hardwood I would highly recommend these people! more

Great service and nice selection 11/9/2010

We highly recommend Haight Carpets and Interiors for installing carpets and hardwood floors. We got our house recarpeted and also got hardwood floor installed by them. The installers did a good job. It is over 2 yrs they did our carpet and we did not have any problems with it. They work according to your schedule which is great as we have small kids. Lot of samples to take home and the sales staff give you a lot of advice so that you can make a informed decision. Great prices and great selection. more

Great flooring store! 8/24/2010

During a remodel of my townhome, I replaced every floor surface with either hardwood or new carpet. I also remodeled a bathroom and put in new tile on the floors and shower. I was so glad to find Haight Carpet as a resource for all the jobs! Their price was great and service even better. The owner was very helpful in helping with selections and patiently walked me through the process to come. The installers were great, very respectful and careful, and they came when they said they would. I have recommended Haight Carpet to many friends with confidence and their jobs have gone well also. more

we were very pleased with Haight Carpet. We had hardwoods installed throughout our house as well as two bathrooms done in tile. The installers did a fantastic job, were respectful, and left it clean when they finished. There were several issues that came up during the tile job, and they really helped to figure out the solution, to keep the job moving forward. We would recomend Haight Carpet to family and friends any time. Pros: good customer service, great installations more

Exellent installation! 6/3/2010

When the Haight Carpet installers arrived at my home, they were prompt and friendly. They carefully laid out the carpet and did an excellent job of working in such tight quarters with no damage to our walls, paint, etc. They worked quickly and efficiently, being careful to clean up after themselves before leaving. not recommended 9/26/2009

The installer didn't clean up the threads that were left on the newly carpeted stairway; he made it clear he was 'rushed' as he had 'other places to go'. The owner suggested the wrong color to begin with; the color is so light that traffic stains showed almost immediately. The owner said their carpet has a built-in protecter, but evidentally it doesn't work well on the light carpeting. His response to my complaints was unprofessional; he blamed us, rather than his Company. He refused to address leaving the end of the job for us to clean up. Cons: See details more
