Review content:
The installer didn't clean up the threads that were left on the newly carpeted stairway; he made it clear he was 'rushed' as he had 'other places to go'. The owner suggested the wrong color to begin with; the color is so light that traffic stains showed almost immediately. The owner said their carpet has a built-in protecter, but evidentally it doesn't work well on the light carpeting. His response to my complaints was unprofessional; he blamed us, rather than his Company. He refused to address leaving the end of the job for us to clean up.
