Bi-annual HVAC checkup 12/9/2019

Have been a customer of Hagerstown Heating & Cooling from the very beginning. I appreciate their no nonsense and honest approach to service. They have a good pool of talented employees, and I have never felt like I was being over-sold on service or equipment, and I will continue rely on them to service our HVAC systems. TK more

Wonderful experience 8/12/2019

From the meeting to discuss the possibility of purchase to the installation and the explanation of the ductless air conditioning system, the experience was extremely positive. All employees were courteous, even friendly. They cleaned up everything afterwards, too. more

Yesterday my toilet went on the "fritz," so I immediately went about trying to find a plumber who could help me - the same afternoon. Fortunately Hagerstown Heating & Cooling was able to do that. Their plumber, Rich, came over within an hour, quickly assessed the problem, and in less than 45 minutes, had fixed my toilet! Thank you so much, Rich, and Hagerstown Heating & Cooling. Terrific work! more

Plumbing 7/19/2019

Rich L. came today for some plumbing work. He was courteous and knowledgeable of what needed to be done for my water lines that were previously installed to my refrigerator incorrectly by someone else before I moved into my house. My second positive experience with Hagerstown Heating and Cooling. The first was a replacement of my broken AC condensation pump. more

Always great service 6/24/2019

Although the plumbing calls are a bit pricey, I love the HVAC price and service. Brandon was new to my house but we hit it off immediately (after my little dog stopped her barking). As a bonus to me: he was really interested in my paintings, which we talked about at length (he's a 'lapsed' artist himself; I urged him to return to it). In short, he was thorough, knowledgeable, clean, courteous and unusually interesting to talk to. more
