Hadley Tow

WOW, I've read all these reviews, and am not happy either, they have had my car almost a month now, and still have not called me to tell me my car is finished. I blew a head gasket they said....I did know my FAN stopped working, and they want $2200.00 for the fix....what can I do, they have my car.....I only wish I would have read all these reviews before leaving my car there......they have very bad customer service.....people get estimates and take your car anywhere but to HADLEY......so bummed $2200.00 later more

You guys wanted the reputation… now you have it... Fake car auction. Don’t buy from this tow yard the car will 99.9% have problems with the motor and or drive train. The sad part is that Hadley Tow is fully aware of the fact that some or all Lien sale/consignment cars have issues, yet neglect to warn buyers. Hadley Tow is in direct violation of Tort Law and the clowns walk around selling junk consignment cars with blown transmissions and motors for their friends like it’s cool. NO! It’s not cool as a matter of fact its outright illegal. Hadley Tow is being allowed to associate its brand name with municipal/law enforcement agencies all the while operating in direct violation of Negligence Tort. Contact me and make this right or I’ll see you in Whittier court! more

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!! WORST AUTOMOTIVE I'VE EVER TAKEN MY VEHICLE TO. They supposedly rebuilt my carburetor They jobbed it out instead ....I had problems with it once I got it back...they looked at it again and couldn't find what was wrong....I took it somewhere else and they told me the had to carburetor had to be redone AGAIN! When I contacted Hadley's they told me I had to deal with the company that THEY jobbed it out to... I ended up having the carburetor rebuilt twice in one month but at least the SECOND auto repair shop I took it to did the job right and $100 dollars cheaper...HADLEY's wouldn't even give me some sort refund...supposedly according to the idiot I dealt with I was supposed to take it there every day until until they could eventually figure out what was wrong! HORRIBLE!!!! A VERY POOR OPERATION! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!! Especially if one THEIR tow truck drivers from the tow company THEY run recommends them! LEARN FROM MY COSTLY MISTAKE! more

I worked both for Hadley tow and Petra Towing. When I Worked for Mark Hassan he had no respect for any one He is what you call a bully. If he didn't like what you said he would fetch his goones on you both Nick Ross and Aaron Pena. There were several occasions where a couple of drivers got beat down. and there is public record. And it is true he cheats his drivers out of pay they work full time and no benifits, at least thats how it was when i was employed there. I feel he should be stopped he makes boo koo bucks and treats his drivers like crap. more

First of all, Mark is no relation to Russell Adams, who owned Hadley Tow since its inception. He is the owner by default. Yes, the drivers will steal anything that isn't nailed down, if it has any worth. Yes the Whittier Police look the other way, its the good ole boys deal. Wink, wink nod, nod. I also know ther are drivers that will go to the ends of the earth to help you..unfortunately, they are few and far between. How do I know this? My husband drove for them and I was a dispatcher. more

this company is run by mark the owner of this place this young fellow let's the employes get away with any item by saying this is my policy not responsible and this owner even still from the employees i know i was there before, the whittier police don't do nothink to him and his cousin because he tow's free for them AAA should pull out there service from him this man is no good to work with his dad pass away 3 years ago thank god hes gone ! My car broke down on the 605 the CHP called Hadley Tow to pick it up off the Fwy, I had to go into this towing place and pay my fees etc. They were able to tow it to my house (with a hefty fee) since I got a ride to work. When I got dropped off from work I find my car in my drive way which was great! however there is now a deep scratch/dent on my front bumper that seemed to be where a tow truck back into my car. I also saw a big oil leak coming from my rear differential!! It wasn't leaking before! AND now my blue tooth is missing and my tags and registration as well not sure what some one will want from my registration but my sticker was gone! If I was around to have my car dropped off maybe this wouldn't of happend!!! Sadley I had to work and of course Hadley denied everything and said are not responsible for personal items missing!!!! STRONGLY DON'T RECOMMEND THEM!!!! Pros: Ok phone personal Cons: missing personal items if your no where to be seen more
