I've used Hadley Auto Body Inc. in the past and they have always been excellent. Lyle Hadley is always prompt, on time, and his work is terrific. Last time, I used their body work...

Excellent Work, Long Wait. 5/28/2015

I have worked with Hadley Auto Body in the past, and have generally had fairly good experiences with them. I would rate them a 5 as far as the quality of their work, but the last time I brought my car in I had to wait a lot longer than I expected. I suspect that some jobs went ahead of mine since I only needed some minor work done. I was a little bit disappointed by the wait, but I still plan to continue to use their service. It's not that big of a deal. more

Efficient and very pleasant. 5/8/2015

Hadley Auto Body worked on my 2011 Toyota Camry. This was the first time I worked with them. Lyle was very pleasant and my car looks wonderful. The only reason I gave them a four star rating on the service, was because they forgot to organize my rental car on the day of my service. They are pretty busy on Mondays and Fridays, so that was understandable. Other than that I had a pleasant experience, and would recommend them. more

Very cleanly and professional auto body service 7/1/2014

In my dealings with Hadley Auto Body Inc., they have left me with a strong impression about the nature of their work and how they conduct business. The high level of detail orientation along with their great customer service has lead me to believe that they truly are there for the benefit of their customers and it speaks loudly through their business ethics. Hadley Auto Body Inc. provides quality product with expert technicians and in turn that made me feel safe and re-assured about the decision I made in going with them. They also provided a friendly follow up call about the service and that brought things full circle for me, I was very thrilled. I recommend Hadley Auto Body Inc. all the time. They've done body work on my car, always doing an excellent job. The paint always matches well, which makes me really happy. I also like the way the billing is done. I feel like they're very trustworthy. more

Trustworthy, knowledgeable, and accommodating. 3/27/2013

Hadley Auto Body has been great. They recently rebuilt half my car. They were fast, helpful, and kept me informed about what was going on. They got everything approved for new parts. They are very customer friendly. They always do good work and are accommodating. They go the extra mile to make sure it's all done right even when you don't know all the questions to ask. more

I dropped off my truck with Hadley Auto Body to have them complete some body work. They were supposed to repaint the bottom of the car and fix the doors. When I went in to look at the repairs, they had gone further. Some tubes had rotted under the truck bed and needed replacing. He went the extra mile for me because he knew I wanted to keep the truck for another 8 years. He could have just done the superficial work but instead went the distance for me. more

Lyle Hadley and his team provide professional, experienced and great customer service. 2/18/2013

I have used Hadley Autobody exclusively during the past eleven years. Lyle, Pat and the crew have helped me five times, from repairing minor scrapes to fixing some extensive damage. I will not take my vehicles anywhere other than Hadley's. The quality of the repair and paint matching are superior. It is a pleasure dealing with Lyle, Pat and the crew. They provide outstanding customer service and exemplify professionalism and integrity. Thanks for being there whenever I need bodywork on my vehicles. more

Incredibly accommodating and excellent service 3/16/2012

I am located on Long Island and I actually found Hadley Auto Body Inc online. They did really great work on our car and were incredibly accommodating. The service is excellent and they were a real life saver. I can't say enough good things about these guys, they are really great. more

Great Body Repair on Both Our Vehicles 12/24/2011

Mr. Hadley repaired both our 2009 Sonata and 2007 Grand Caravan after some nasty hail damage this summer. The Sonata had over 100 dents! Lyle also took care of some extras and we are very pleased with the professionalism, speed, and quality of Hadley's. We recommend Hadley's without reservation and if we ever need future repairs ... our choice has already been made. more

Fixed my van 11/22/2011

Made it completely painless. 8/2/2011

I definitely would recommend Hadley Auto Body, and I have already. In a nutshell, I had an incident between my car and a deer that resulted in probably a good $2000-$3000 worth of damage. Hadley Auto Body made it completely painless. They had the thing in and out and it looks absolutely fantastic. They did everything they could to make it as painless as possible. Thankfully I have not had much body work done in the past, but I would go to these guys again if I needed to. I give them kudos. They are top-notch all the way, honestly. more

The car looks great. 7/8/2011

Hadley Auto Body fixed my car, and it was not the first time I've used them. I had the same car years ago, and someone keyed it or scraped it, and Hadley Auto Body fixed it that time too. This is the second time I have used them, many years since the first time, and it was for the rear end of my car. The back bumper was torn off and the rear end smashed. They fixed that for me, and it looks great, like it is brand new. He is a really nice man, and he is very personable. He fixes things to the best of his ability, and he is really good. Jean R. It is a very easy process to use Hadley Auto Body. 1/31/2011

I have had a couple of accidents, and Hadley Auto Body has bent over backwards to fix my vehicle. Lyle has actually done above and beyond what I expected the job to be. His workmanship is excellent. I am very happy with the ease of which everything was handled. He contacted the insurance and billed them. I didn't have to do anything except pick up the vehicle when it was done. I was very happy. I have also recommended people to Hadley Auto Body, some of whom have brought him antique cars, and they have been very happy with him too.
