I've interviewed and hired many people over the years. It's hard to make everyone happy, that's for sure. Out of all the help I've gotten to find employees over the years, the Hadden Group just came through for me quickly and efficiently. I will be contacting them to send me more qualified reps. I think 20 years of proven business speaks for itself. I'm glad I was referred! more

Couldn't Be Happier! 4/25/2011

I have the best job! And it's all thanks to Carolyne Hadden and the team at The Hadden Group. I was unhappy in my job (at the time) and they worked around my work schedule to get me interviews with many different companies. \r \r The company I am with now is a perfect fit. Carolyne called me on a Tuesday to see if I could go to a Wednesday lunch interview, and the company offered me the job later that afternoon. I accepted Thursday morning. It has been the best move I could have made! \r \r So THANK YOU CAROLYNE!! I look forward to going to work everyday and I couldn't have found this job without The Hadden Group. more

Exciting Opportunities 4/13/2011

My experience with the Hadden Group was nothing short of wonderful. I recently relocated to the Nashville area and was seeking help in connecting with prospective employers. I met with the agency and within two days had an interview, followed shortly thereafter with the job offer. I am now currently working for the company I interviewed with and can honestly say I couldn't be happier. I was placed with a company I would consider to be a gem, in a position I couldn't be more excited about. What I spent weeks trying to accomplish, the Hadden Group accomplished for me in 4 days! more

She was very professional and stayed in close contact with me regarding companies that she was interested in submitting me for. I appreciate her dedication to getting me into the right position. It took getting to Carolyne Hadden herself for me to finally get a job at the type of company I've always wanted to work for! Carolyne was very personally invested in making sure I liked where I began working and has contacted me a few times over the months to see how things are. She actually thought of me as a person, not just a recruiting fee. I appreciate her treatment of me and will always recommend her company to anyone looking for that ""right"" position! Thanks again Carolyne! I went through and read the negative reviews. To be perfectly honest, I felt that way a few years ago about the agency. But those women are no longer there....I WAS treated like a second class citizen and lied to and degraded from a couple of the people there. I even agree that it was more like a sorority than a business, but ask for Carolyne.....SHE will treat you like the important person you are and work hand in hand with you to find that right job! more

Wow! I can't believe the negative reviews! I was treated by professionals - as a professional. I just moved to town and was referred to The Hadden Group.
