\r Hackett Security is an exceptional security alarm company. Because they are not a big chain alarm service, I feel I get better, personalized service. The sales consultant did a great review of my home and what would work best for me and yet be price efficient. The technician was scheduled within a week and was very polite and knowledgeable. After the installation, he listed all the zones on my panel that are monitored and explained how the system works including the remote alarm gizmo. He gave me an instruction manual as well. He even scraped off all the old security stickers and child zone stickers (don’t need them anymore) and replaced them with new security stickers and a yard sign, which are great deterrents to any would-be burglars and robbers. Hackett Security has a great website that I can access from my computer or iPhone. I can even request a quote online. They offer so many great cutting-edge products that I will consider them for future security upgrades. more

Impressed by their customer service 24/7. I would love to do business with them again. Btw, from now on, I would not miss any of the delivery because I have a new camera and I can unlock any door in my house using remote app from my phone. Yay more

System cost me almost $800 with existing alarm system for 4 rooms. Took the guy 7 hours to install?????? STAY AWAY!!!! Pay the extra 100 bucks for a real alarm company. more

Great Customer Service, very professional, discrete 2/20/2007

Have you ever been introduced to a company you are thinking about doing business with and just felt totally comfortable? Like you are part of the family, or that they will take good care of you. Well, I felt that way when I was shopping for a security system and health alert for my mother who is in need of care (for the most part). Believe me, I did a lot of homework and discovered that not all security companies are the same. This one is established, has a major presence in the area, and gosh darn it, whenever I call on them for service, they are there promptly! (and they don't even use their quick response in their advertising). Well, in short, if you are in the market for any kind of security, give this company a try, you'll be glad you did. Pros: Excellent customer service, easy to deal with, down to earth people Cons: I can't think of anything bad more

Never going back to ADT! 10/12/2006

They have Great customer service, Very Competitive prices, and Top Notch service! I am never going back to ADT! Pros: Local central station means fast response time, no more calling chicago like ADT! more
