Wonderful, everything was taken care of quickly and if a problem arisen Hacket was on top of it and took care of it. They even offer an affordable payment plan.

I live in Vancouver and Mr Hackett make appointment same day as we spoke.Explained to me everything what I need to do.After I gave him papres I went to court very quickly,and the judge has everything ready to close my case.Money was worth it to call this firm. more

Hackett & Harris made the process as painless as possible 9/9/2013

Hackett & Harris were WONDERFUL. After the stress of my husband being unemployed for a year, we were so discouraged and humiliated to realize that we needed to file for bankruptcy. We were so worried and unsure of the process we needed to go through, but from the first time we called Ryan and his staff were incredibly patient and supportive; they made it as painless as it could have possibly been. Everyone we worked with, and especially Ryan, was kind, knowledgeable, and responsive. I cannot imagine having to wade through this procedure on our own, I am SO glad that we hired Ryan. Having to go through a bankruptcy is painful enough, don't make it harder on yourself than it needs to be - hire Hackett & Harris!! more

Not hiring them would have been a mistake. 8/10/2013

My original intention was to sit down with one of their lawyers, ask as many questions as I could for free, then utilize that knowledge to file on my own at a greatly reduced cost. One meeting with Ryan (Hackett) and I knew NOT being represented by H&H would be a big mistake. I hired 'em on the spot. The next few months was a blur of paperwork, meetings, cash exchanges and collection's letters, but Ryan and Paula (the legal secretary) walked me carefully through each step and gave me solid advice through every part of it. (And it didn't take me long to realize there was no chance in $@!#% I could have done this on my own.) Minor complications aside, this whole experience was as positive as one could expect their first bankruptcy to be. Now I just hope I never have to see them again. :::crosses fingers:::: more

My experience with Hackett and Harris was excellent from start to finish. Everyone I dealt with was clear, kind, and skillful. They put me at ease, went over all kinds of information and every option available to me, gave me very clear, concise instructions about what I needed to do once I made a choice, and plenty of time to deal with my paperwork before my court case. I recommend them highly. more

Bad credit needing to change! 6/20/2013

At Hackett & Harris LLC they are very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. They had quick responses. Any time I had a question they got back to me right away with an answer. This was my first time using them and I would use them again because they are reliable and never left me hanging. Whenever I reached out they had a prompt response. more

Worth every penny 1/31/2013

Hackett & Harris Llc was wonderful. They answered all my questions. I never felt like I wasn't in-the-know. When I didn't know what the process would be like ahead of time, they took plenty of time to explain it to me before we went into the courtroom. They made everything clear. There were no big delays. Every time I emailed them, I received a response within 24 hours. Every time we met, I never felt rushed. They were knowledgeable and did a fantastic job with us. more

They treated me how I wanted to be treated. 10/9/2012

Ryan from Hackett & Harris made my bankruptcy process easy to deal with. It very easy to work with them. Ryan gave me a monetary goal that was easy for me to obtain. He worked with me and gave me a good price to work with, half and then a low sum monthly, which made it a much less daunting process for me and shows a lot of good faith on their part. They were very professional and really went over and beyond for me. When I was going through this process I discovered I had years of debt I didn't even know about. I'd give them a call and they'd tell me to fax it over and they'd take care of it. They did take really good care of me. They were very flexible and went above and beyond for me. Ryan is a really nice guy. He taught me about the bankruptcy process and provided good, sound advice. I am planning on recommending him to a friend who will be going through a similar situation. more
