I made a very large purchase there & several of the items enclosed in boxes were severaly damaged. I immediately called back to the store to do an exchange & was told I had to talk to Jess, the store manager. He is the rudest & most unprofessional man I have ever dealt with. He refused to let me complete a sentence, accused me of being a liar & a thief. Thank God I paid with my credit card because I have consumer protection so they gave me a full refund. Well 3 months later Jesse starts calling & harrassing me, leaving nasty messages on my voicemail. I contacted Habitat's Headquarters in Georgia & filed a complaint. I have had 4 high level officials contact me to apologize.
This thing makes you choose a rating so I gave it 1 star only so I could post this review & save everyone the agony of shopping there.
