I had a bad experience with another H/A company and called our insurance company, American 1st Homebuyers Insurance and told them the situation. They sent my work order to you, and got the best service possible. Ron called and setup the 1st appt. He was on time, and figured out the problem right away. We needed a part that he got permission to order, and it only took two days. He made the appt for Friday at 1pm. He called and told me what time he would be at our home to install the new part, again he was on time. He wore booties over his shoes the two times he was here. That is a very considerate thing he did. He is the best, bar none! Thank you. Maria more
