past couple of years where ok .. i usually go to Gabby who this year seems to have a stick up her a$% .. she didnt want to do my taxes in front of me i had to call HER to find out what was going on AND she didnt explain anything when i went there she kept saying you have to pay me 30$ and asking when i would b able to pay her (rudely) so i then asked if it had gone thru already . she said no so i asked for my w2 back and i will go else where . she then got very rude with me so i walked out . if you cant work with the public find a different job .
