This ""management"" company does not manage. They collect checks. They do not upkeep their buildings. They bully their tenants and try to force their tenants to do their job. My friend's company was in one of their buildings. It was a nightmare. Their owner, Bill, is brash, rude and a bully. Rent/Lease from someone else. more

Do not rent from these people! Do not buy from these people! Do not do anything with these people! They hook, line, and then SINK you whenever an issue comes up. I rented from these people, and let me tell you, I have never felt more unappreciated for my business. Multiple neighbors have had problems with their BRAND NEW UNITS, and HND refuses/refused to fix the problems. Once you have signed a lease, you are supposed to pay for anything that breaks - even if it isn t your fault. And let me tell you, they will make it your fault regardless of what happened. I am begging you, find somewhere else to live. There are water leaks, a mice problem, faulty utilities, huge potholes that they refused to pave in the driveways, and an overall crummy staff to work with. They may seem nice at first, but that s how they trick you, because once you are a tentant, BAM, they turn on you. Nothing is sincere, or reputable about HND realty. Take your business somewhere else. I wish I had. more
