I's a new immigrants, to come to the United States soon, Engish ablitly is not strong, communication difficult, in that case, I felt uneasy with came to the feelings of your company, but has entered into your company's exhibition hall, my concerns are suddenly disappeared. The Chinese sales people come foward to say ""hello"" initiative, and give me a warm, patience introduced products, help me choose suitable for my car, and finally it was smooth bought my heart of satisfying the car. The car drove up has been very good, as the weather hot, I feel the car air conditioning not cool, when turn on the air conditioner switch, the inside tempature for a long time down to do not come down, to my driving and caused great infuence it. In July 10, 2012, I had drove car to service department of Puente Hills Nissan, and got me is Chinese Speaking Service Advisor (Mr. Leong YingHwa), he quickly to my car arrange inspection, tell me two or three hours can do it, i put the car to the technical department, because I was in the America times do edititng work, want to go to work,he arranged vehicles send me to back my office. I feel your company's service is so happy, very warm. But, I quickly when work, Mr. Leong called me, because car can't drive away, he considered my car can't hold up, another lease a car for the same car (your company pay off) let me go first, until my car do it. So I don't affect use vehicles at the same time, they can wait for my vehicle repair maintain good, kill two birds with one stone! The next day my car repaired. Mr. Leong told me the cause of the problem, and apologized to increase the trouble. I take the car, see fixed car, all the cleaning again, that kind of feeling really comfortable, very moving. This experience, in my life in immigration to the United States left a good memory! I think in Chinese gathered place, with such a good Chinese technical consultant service us, really is your company's careful and thoughtful, and enthusiasm to consider for the customer of the best, I hope your company more to be strong in the future, and adhere to the diversity of service, for the launch of the Chinese service called ""Chinese family"", we will again choose your company's products, choose your company's Chinese service! more

I am so happy with Puente Hills Nissan. I didnt think I would be able to buy a new car and they made it happen. I went there to look at a cheap used car and they got me into a brand new Sentra. I wanted a new car but I really didnt think I could get one. I LOVE the new car smell! I was so surprised to get a BRAND NEW car! My salesmans names were Anthony and Gus and they were so cool. They made buying the car not scary. Even my Dad was happy when we left and he can be kind of a grump. I am going to send all my friends to Puente Hills Nissan because they work magic. Thanks guys! No one was overbearing or pushy. All were very helpful & genuinely seemed to care that I was happy with the purchase process. It did quite a long time to find the vehicle I wanted & I even left before I could take possession of car but it was delivered the next day to my house! more
