If you have a sweet tooth like I do, you will most certainly enjoy Aunt Sally's Pralines. They are delicious, Southern delicacies, that are truly a taste sensation. This shop, located near Jackson Square in the French Quarter, also sells other gastronomical delights, such as flavored popcorn. Everything sold here seems to be exceptionally fresh, judging by the number of people who left here with shopping bags! Throughout the whole shop are free samples of almost every product offered; they really tempt you to buy even more! The prices here are very reasonable; compared to the shops in the Riverwalk and in the hotel gift shop, this place is a bargain. (For the price of one box in the hotel, you could get 3 or 4 boxes here!) Try this store if you love pralines, you won't be disappointed. more
