A valve on my boiler sprung a leak. I called H J Faust and they sent someone over that afternoon. The repairman looked at the problem and said he would need to order the parts and that he would have the office lady call me the next day to give me a quote and let me know the parts were ordered. He stated due to the holidays it would be a couple days to get the part. I never received a call, infact we had made 5 calls to the office to confirm and all calls were unreturned. Finally the office called me 9 days later to say the parts were in and to schedule a time to have the repairman come back out. It took a total of 12 days (all the while having my own personal space heaters heating my home) before the repairman returned. Finally when he did, he stated he had "the wrong part" but that it would still work he just needed to do some pipe work. Once the job was completed he handed us a bill for nearly double what we were anticipating from previous conversation with him. When I expressed
