My fiance bought my engagement ring from H&A, and though the ring was beautiful, I have never received such horrible customer service. Initially, they told my fiance it would take four weeks to complete the ring. He finally got it almost two months later, after many phone calls which H&A never returned. They have a complete lack of follow-up which should be unacceptable for any business.\r

My ring was a smidge too big, so I went in to have it resized. I asked the saleslady to size it down 1/4 of a size. However, she talked down to me like I was an idiot and informed me that SHE was the professional with experience and that it needed to be taken down 3/4 of a size. It took them OVER A WEEK to resize the ring, and when I called to check on it, they were rude, snappy, and condescending. I finally got the ring, and guess what? It wouldn't fit over my knuckle. So it needed to be resized AGAIN, which took an additional week, and they charged me for the second resizing. In total, I was without my ring for two weeks for a very straightforward repair.\r

My fiance called at least six times to speak with the owner, and every time, he was mysteriously out of town. He never returned any of my fiance?s messages, and no apologies were ever made for the resizing fiasco or for the ring taking so long to come in to begin with.\r

In short, NEVER go to H&A. The staff, from the receptionist to the salespeople to the owner, acts pompous and entitled, as though they are doing YOU a favor. My fiance spent a lot of money on the ring; I would have expected some basic courtesy. Take your business elsewhere; we certainly are.\r
