title sums it up..good staff and owner, good equipment choices,
especially for a local gym. Been a member for almost 6 yrs now.
Rush hour is a bit crowded as all gyms are. But even then,
cardio machines can usually be found open.
Good variety of free weight options and machines.
Maybe could use better ab machines and chairs.
Always clean, family oriented, child care too.
Just right for a local who doesnt want the big gym atmosphere,
or the hassle of big egos hogging equipment.
