They are a 10 in my book 4/7/2011

The only service on my 2006 Eddie Bauer Explorer has been done by Gwinnett Place Ford. I have purchased my last 2 Explorers from them. I drive 45 miles round trip when having my oil changed or anything else. They are 10+ in my book. Never an issue they are about the customer. more

2nd purchase 3/28/2011

This is my second truck purchased at this dealer. There service department is always great. My truck was in for normal service maint. and a couple of warrenty items, they were all taken care of the same day and the service writer kept me informed. Very freindly and quick, would recommend them for service and sales. more

They were GREAT!!! I had a bad experience with the used car dealership when I bought my first car a year ago but they made up for it. I was very happy. They understood what I wanted and made it happen. I would recommend my family and friends to this dealership!! more

Great team that provided me a great buying experience 3/16/2011

excellent follow up to sale 2/2/2011

I wanted to take a moment to tell you about my experience with Gwinnett Place Ford. I first came by your dealership back at the end of May to test drive the new Mustang. I met Dewayne and told him that I was possibly looking to purchase a new Mustang within the next two to three months and that I was waiting for some settlement money before I would be ready. He took the time knowing that It was not an immediate sale, to let me drive a couple of cars and go over some preliminary numbers. He kept in touch with me over the next two months to check on my status but he did not hound me or pressure me. more

I felt safe and taken care of 12/29/2010

I don't know everyones name but i do know how genuinely friendly and helpful everyone was at the gwinnett place Ford when I broke down en route to Raleigh, NC. Even your patrons were nice to me and my dog Vinnie! Thank you for working hard to let me get back on the road, and I especially appreciate you giving my dog water in the 100 degree heat. When i finally made it to Raleigh, the wedding part kept commenting that it must have been so stressful, and I told them that Yes it was frustrating but it was not stressful. I felt safe and taken care of even though the situation was less than ideal. more

Understanding, and patient 12/21/2010

Most beneficial 12/13/2010

Most recently the car experience what we thought to be a significant problem with the engine. While we chose not to have repairs made (the cost would likely have been significantly more than the car was worth) all 3 did their best to make our experience go as smoothly as possible in a situation where there were no clear answers. In the final analysis, Mr. Jackson made a decision that was most beneficial to my wife and me, for which we are grateful. Their understanding of our situation was superior, and I salute their service to your dealership. more

Situation handled quickly 12/10/2010

We have owned a 2002 Ford Focus and its been serviced at Gwinnett Place Ford many times in the recent years. My wife drove this car and whenever there was a problem, she had great confidence that she could call, first Ms. Deldonna and then Ms. Cox and know the situation would be handled quickly and completely. more
