Review content:
Most recently the car experience what we thought to be a significant problem with the engine. While we chose not to have repairs made (the cost would likely have been significantly more than the car was worth) all 3 did their best to make our experience go as smoothly as possible in a situation where there were no clear answers. In the final analysis, Mr. Jackson made a decision that was most beneficial to my wife and me, for which we are grateful. Their understanding of our situation was superior, and I salute their service to your dealership.
