I've been going to Dr. Richard J. Liotta for 10 years. Every time I go and have an appointment I have to wait an hour to 90 minutes to be seen. Also his office personell when asked to help with a problem are a little on the hostile side and in my opinion too busy to help with problems you ask to be fixed. For example. I needed the office to confirm a prescription at my pharmacy and after 5 days waiting....it still hadn't been done. So....here I sit waiting for their office to fax my pharmacy and give the go ahead for my situation.; Totally unnaceptable in my opinion.
Pros: Knowledgable......experienced
Cons: Long Wait times to be seen.....office personell too busy.
