These folks are knowledgable and efficient. I switched State Farm agents after having had a really bad experience with my previous agent. He not only didn't know how to handle a claim such as mine but didn't seem to want to help me at all. I finally had to work directly with State Farm HQ. That's when I found John Gustainis and am very very satisfied with the service I receive from everyone there. more

Good State Farm Agent 10/23/2005

I started going to the Gustainis Insurance Agency because they represented State Farm and were close to work. Although I now work far away from their office they continue to service my insurance needs. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. They provide a lot of good information and helpful tips. I recently had an auto claim and they resolved the claim quickly and efficiently for me. I highly recommend the Gustainis Insurance Agency. more
