Good: The server was nice until I told her how bad the food was.. Bad: Pretty much everything they put in front of me. It was not only bad German food, but really bad food. The spatzle, gravy and mushrooms were inedible. Schnitzel was flavorless.. Improvements: First, season the meat before you bread it and fry it. I guess you can't do that with frozen breaded cutlets. Second, make Spaetzle with a batter and saute it in beurre noir until it gets a little crispy. Third, saute the mushrooms in a little butter, salt and pepper. Then, make and actual sauce from scratch using a highly flavorful stock and a roux. The powdered stuff is nasty..
