I wouldn't shop here if it were the last gun store in the city. Or the entire Midwest for that matter. The staff that I've met at Gunworld are nice and friendly but I'm not impres...

Great Range 8/24/2011

I was in Oklahoma visiting family (I live in Texas) and we decided to go to the range. Mike and the staff were exceptional in their knowledge and customer service. I will go back when I can. more

I can't understand how this place stays in business. There prices are absurd. They are consistantly much, much more expensive than other stores in the area. I'm not talking about $20...I'm talking hundreds!! \r \r Sure, there is more to price than the merchandise itself. Measure what you get here and then shop elsewhere and you will quickly realize you are being taken in a big way at GunWorld. more

Best Gun Store and Range 3/6/2011

I shop at GunWorld for several reasons.\r 1. Service - The best you can get in the OKC area.\r 2. Knowledge - The owner is a gunsmith with amazing skills and has decades of experience.\r 3. Selection - Terific variety of pistols, shotguns and rifles.\r 4. Last but, not least - The Range! The 13 lane state of the art, Air Conditioned, HEPA Filtered facility is the only range I care to go to anymore.\r When its summer and 105 Degrees and a 100% humidity I'm going to GunWorld's range and no where else.\r I know of another Gun Store/Range in the area that won't put AC in their range. It would only costs an estimated $2 million (has to have HEPA Filtering due to lead)\r \r The operational costs of a Brick and Morter Gun Store necessitates some markup. Paying for a range and staff wages and insurance and dealing with State and Federal Licensing.is not cheap. If you begrudge people making a living at what they love, then go ahead, hate. I can take my gun to GunWorld and I know I can get help if there more

If you buy a gun at Gun World you're an idot. These folks have made a business out of ripping people off for years. If you want to find a gun cheaper than Gun World...go to any other gun dealer. Would rate them zero stars if I could. more

WORST GUN STORE EVER! 9/6/2010

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst gun shop in the world...and I've got a bunch of experience! Mike Matthews is a cheat. It is not a surprise that the people who left positive feedback are very inexperienced gun owners. Anyone who knows anything about guns, gun prices or ethical business practices will tell you to stay far far away from this clip joint. He charged my wife $426.00 for a shotgun that sells for $230.00 in other shops. When I complained to him he became very threatening and aggressive. This guy is nuts. more

bad news for all 3/27/2010

the owner doesn't even know his products and will sell you the highest priced thing when you ask to see something , telling you that you will get it at his cost, most of the time you have to take it back because it was the wrong size and he then tells you he will have to order another size and it always is more than what you bought the 1st time, they are way over priced and don't know what they are talking about:( AVOID THIS STORE! even pawn shops know more than this bunch! Cons: even the owner doesn't know what he is talking about more
