I love this store! I actually feel guilty shopping anywhere else when I find a better deal online. They are the only gun shop in the Portland area I enjoy visiting. They have a great selection of used firearms and they carry all of the necessary new ones. Some people say the prices are a little high but I find that its worth a few extra bucks for that kind of service. I have been to several other establishments in the Portland area and for the most part I find a lot of self-proclaimed experts who assume the customer is wrong, not at the Gun Broker though. I love this shop. more

Just purchased a 9mm they had just what I wanted. Good price, good customer service and quickly completed the transaction. I would highly recommend them. more

Overall, this is a great place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Decent prices on stuff and some real deals can be found. Service is always great and they are happy to chat and answer questions. more

"As a woman shooter, I appreciate what this store has to offer.\r \r I like that there are women working here also, and they're expedient and professional and eases my mind when I'm in the store with the other customers.\r Great staff, easy in and out. Honest and straight up associates have no issues in answering any of my questions about the handguns or rifles for sale.\r I currently work for another company selling firearms so I will have to say this is my favorite particular location in Portland. They do not have nearly as much of a variety of stock as Northwest Armory may have, but they stand strongly behind their products and it only took me 15 minutes in there to buy my Taurus revolver on my first visit." more

I’d been looking for a Mossberg shotgun all over the place. I searched other local gun shops and online with no luck. I walked in to The Gun Shop yesterday and they had several shotguns for me to choose from. There were some I’d never heard of, so I wanted to do a little research to make sure I was buying the right shotgun for me. The guys working the counter didn’t rush me or make me feel like I was wasting their time. In fact, they walked me through features of every shotgun they had. Never pushing one over the other and I really appreciated that. So after doing a little research I decided to head back tonight ad bought my Mossberg. The whole process was fast and easy. I once bought a gun at another shop and it literary took an hour to run my background check and find a case to put my gun in. I understand that all the shops have issues with inventory due to the high demand. But, TGS and guys took great care of me. And if they don’t have it in stock, they can get it. Thanks gu more

When I started looking for my first hand gun. I visited every gun store in the area and I walked in and out within minutes. I stepped into The Gun Broker, was treated like family, and when I was asking questions, I wasn't treated like just another window shopper. That's why I love this place.
