Beware !
Never hire lawyer Michael Guisti in Garden Grove, Orange County. I am being incarcerated in the state prison, so I hired him for my habeas corpus. He took $35,000 from me at December of 2017, but he haven't done anything in the last one and one half years. I was wrongfully convicted by prosecutor's false evidences and concealing of my favorable exculpatory evidences. Defense counsel Keith Kim, Herb Fox, John Yasuda, and Joseph Walsh willfully concealed all my exculpatory evidences, and overlooked prosecutor's false evidences. I paid him to relieve me from the prison by accusing them of misconducts, but his obvious interest was protecting previous lawyers and prosecutor from my accusations. Guisti didn't have a will to accuse them in the first place, but he swindled my family of $35,000. He boldly never respond to me now. If you hired Michael Guisti, you definitely would lose your money and an opportunity of habeas corpus. There are so many crooked lawyers, so you must review their reputations on website prior to pay them. Never hire these five lawyers because they absolutely will rob your money, and you will be locked up in the prison in the last of your life.
